Our 4-wheel alignment equipment is in regular use. The 2-post ramp that we installed earlier this year has made the job easier, but we continued to struggle with ‘live’ adjustments. This was particularly the case with our adjustable front lower arms for MGF and TF – the adjustment is straightforward, but not when lying on your back finding that your nose is too long.
Life has just got better. We have welcomed a set of alignment tables to the workshop. These carry the slip plates at a height of 800mm, so we can now make adjustments in relative comfort. Our adjustable lower arms are supplied preset and torqued up, so can be fitted in the same manner as original lower arms. Take a trip to VHS Ltd as we can now offer a full set up service. Now to find a way to make lifting ballast easier for when we check the bump steer…..
